Warranty Conditions

For each spare part that we have repaired, we provide a guarantee of up to 24 months* (depends on chosen option) with no mileage limit from the moment of repair or the date of purchase of an already restored air suspension or air spring.

! We strongly recommend that the dismantling and installation of our repaired parts be performed by certified specialists or workshops that specialize in suspension systems.

Proper installation by qualified professionals is a crucial step to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of the repaired air suspension or air spring.

Pressure Adjustments

Tightening or unscrewing the pressure-reducing valve or air supply fittings.

Rubber Handling

Rolling out the rubber on the air suspension or air spring in a non-working, unrolled position.

Tampering with Components

Independently opening or disassembling the spare part.

Ownership Transfer

If the ownership of the vehicle is transferred to a new owner, the warranty does not transfer and becomes void.

Loss of Warranty Ticket

The warranty is void if the original warranty ticket is lost or cannot be provided as proof of warranty coverage.

For any of the actions mentioned above, the warranty is fully voided and the customer fully takes the warranty responsibility.

Non-warranty cases also include:
– Damage caused by a car accident.
– Punctures, cuts, or other physical damage to the rubber element.
– Damage caused by third-party transportation (couriers, buses, etc.).

Applying for Warranty Service

If you suspect a repaired or restored
part has a manufacturing defect or is not functioning correctly, you
will need to provide the following for preliminary examination:

  1. A photo of the installed air suspension or air spring on the vehicle.
  2. A photo of the warranty ticket (mandatory).
  3. A detailed description of the issue and why the part appears to be malfunctioning.

! Important Notes: In the case of a warranty claim, the customer is responsible for transporting the defective part to AirAutoGroup for replacement or repair.

The warranty does not cover the following:

– Installation or dismantling of the part.
– Transportation of the vehicle to the repair location (e.g., towing or trailer services).
– Payments for third-party services (e.g., independent inspections, service stations).

We strongly recommend using certified suspension specialists or workshops
with expertise in suspension systems for all dismantling and installation work.

This ensures the repaired parts are installed
correctly and perform to the highest standards.

*Warranty duration and conditions are subject to the terms provided at the time of repair or purchase.
