Shipping Information

We maintain an exchange fund of Refurbished OE parts (available in Budget and Premium options), including air suspension struts, air springs, and shock absorbers.

These parts are in stock and ready to ship within 24 hours, depending on the time of the order.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time) are processed on the same business day.

Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Costs

In the central Latvian regions (Rīga, Bauska, Jelgava, Salaspils, Ķekava), AirAutoGroup Courier Service offers free same-day delivery* to orders €100+.

Orders less then €100 value, same-day delivery €15. Contact us for more information.

Shipping via parcel machines is free in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, and Finland.

Orders of €300 or more are shipped free of charge across the European Union.

For countries outside the EU, please contact us by filling out our form or emailing support@airautogroup.com to calculate shipping costs and address customs requirements.

Note: Customs fees are the responsibility of the client.

Returns

If you need to return or exchange an item, contact us at support@airautogroup.com to receive instructions and a return authorization.

You can return purchased product in 30 calendar days and we will refund money back.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.

Return shipping costs for non-defective products are the client’s responsibility.
