WARRANTY CONDITIONS

Important!

To REGENERATE Client’s Air Spring / Air Suspension, we use Client’s CORE.

If CORE is broken, damaged or unregeneratable, we can offer to purchase from us other used OEM CORE.

ECONOMY

Regenerating

  • Inspection of old Air Spring, detecting issues (diagnostics).
  • Disassembly of Air Spring: removing old metal rings and rubber sleeve.
  • Inner cleaning for dust and rust.
  • Crimping the new rubber sleeve with new metal rings, changing all sealing rings to new ones.
  • Assembly of Air Spring / Air Suspension.
  • Checking the quality of the Air Spring on a customized stand simulating a car at a pressure of 7-12 bars.
  • Poor aesthetic.
  • 1 Year Warranty (Valid only for new crimp rings and new rubber sleeve).

Options:

  • Cleaning parts in a sandblasting cabinet - EXTRA CHARGE.
  • Priming and painting components - EXTRA CHARGE.
  • Changing dust cover, air valve, metal shield - EXTRA CHARGE for each part.

STANDARD

  • Good aesthetic.
  • Shipping Package.
  • 2 Year Warranty.
